Shipping Policy
UPS Shipped Items
Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it is shipped from the Offshore Cleaning Systems warehouse. The shipping time should be added to the number of days estimated for product availability.
Product availability is indicated on the Product Summary page for each item. For UPS, ground shipping times vary from one to five business days depending on the proximity of your shipping address to our Midwest warehouse.
Orders placed after 6.p.m (Central Time) on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday.
To determine how long it will take an item to arrive, add together the availability time and the shipping time.
Example 1: Overnight Air
Order placed: Tuesday
Availability (This item typically ships within two business days): Wednesday or Thursday
Overnight delivery: Arrive Thursday or Friday
Example 2: UPS Ground
Order placed: Saturday
Availability (This item typically ships within two business days): Monday or Tuesday
Ground Delivery: Order will arrive at shipping address between Wednesday and the following Tuesday (depending on the proximity of the shipping address to our Midwest warehouse).
Home Delivery will be made on the date selected from the calendar at check out. If you do not receive a delivery date at check out, you will receive a call or email with the delivery date. Offshore Cleaning Systems Delivery Customers will receive two (2)* notification phone calls:
1.Notification of delivery date: Seventy two (72) hours in advance of the scheduled delivery date, Offshore Cleaning Systems will contact delivery Customers to verify the delivery date and details. Delivery Customers need to listen to the entire message and respond accordingly to verify delivery details. Customers that fail to respond to the delivery details may receive additional calls at their primary or secondary phone numbers in an attempt to verify the delivery information. NOTE: If the delivery date message is left on the Customer’s answering machine / voicemail, then the Customer should call the 1-800 phone number that is provided in the message and respond accordingly.
2.Notification of delivery time: Offshore Cleaning Systems automated notification system will contact delivery Customers the evening before delivery to provide the 2 hour delivery time window. NOTE: If the delivery time message is left on the Customer’s answering machine, then Customer confirmation is not necessary.
When needing to obtain the delivery time: Delivery time information is available the evening before the delivery date, after 6:00 P.M. Call 800-732-7747 and select option 1 for instructions (option 2 for Spanish). Select option 1 again to enter the phone number under which the order was placed and follow the directions provided. CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE AVAILABLE FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE 1st HOUR THROUGH THE END OF THE 2nd HOUR OF THEIR DELIVERY TIME WINDOW TO ENSURE DELIVERY IS NOT MISSED.
